EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our store being a print-on-demand store, we are not able to offer exchanges if you order an incorrect size. Please be cautious about the size you are ordering when you place your order as there is nothing we can do once the order has been fulfilled. 

 

MISPRINT • DAMAGE • DEFECT:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Any claims made after this are out of our control. Also, a picture of the damaged/misprinted item must be provided with your email in order for us to do anything about it. 

 

LOST IN TRANSIT:

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any claims made after this are out of our control. 

 

WRONG ADDRESS:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
